What do I look for when inspecting property in Austin, TX? - multi family real estate investing

Looking for Invest in multi-family (up to 4 units) Homes in Austin, TX. I live in Los Angeles and fell. I'm new to investing in real estate, and I'm curious to know what to look for when visiting a property - general things and for things that are unique look Austin.

They work with an agent? Location, location, location to invest in multifamily properties. Parts of Austin are not big and not attractive are the main tenant. I am currently working with a tenant who does not want, live anywhere, but south of Austin. Carefully, ensuring walk through the property and that need it to work. If the properties are rented out how you could use the current owners of the revenue and expenditure reports to ask. A real estate agent can tell you what are the rents like in the area you buy in.
